ChatPat is a WhatsApp CRM for small businesses that talk to their customers on WhatsApp. It gives a team one shared inbox, approved broadcasts, a sales pipeline and automations. It is built and operated by Algorithmaze.
What we hold to

- Broadcasts go only to contacts who opted in, and a STOP reply removes a contact automatically. The product is built so the rules cannot be skipped.
- Your data is yours
- You decide how long message history is kept and you can delete your account and workspace yourself. There are no advertising or analytics SDKs, on the web or on Android.
- One honest price
- Listed prices include GST. Nothing renews by itself. What Meta or an AI provider bills you is said up front, because it is not ours to hide.
- Official API only
- ChatPat connects through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API that Meta provides for businesses. No unofficial clients, so your number is not put at risk.
