Refund Policy

The 14-day trial is free and needs no payment details, so there is nothing to refund. Nothing is charged when it ends.

If you ask within 7 days of your first payment for a ChatPat plan, we refund that payment in full, whether it was for a month or a year. You do not need to give a reason.

Payments are not refundable after the 7-day window, and payments for further periods are not refundable. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. Because we never charge automatically, you stop paying simply by not buying another period.

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged for a payment that did not activate your plan, we refund the extra or failed charge in full at any time.

Charges from Meta for WhatsApp messages and charges from your AI provider are billed by those companies, not by us, so we cannot refund them.

Email support@chatpat.io from your account email with the subject "Refund request" and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and banks usually take 5 to 7 business days to show them.

A refund ends the plan it paid for. Your data is kept, and you can delete it yourself at /delete-account.

This policy adds to any refund or cancellation rights the law gives you. It does not replace them. See also the Terms of Service.
