Cookie Policy
Effective 13 October 2026
ChatPat keeps a small amount of information in your browser so that sign-in and your settings work. It uses browser storage rather than tracking cookies, and it has no advertising or analytics trackers.
1. What we store
Everything below is needed for the service to work, or is a setting you chose yourself.
- Firebase sign-in session
- Keeps you signed in. Stored by Firebase Authentication in your browser.
- Until you sign out
- wacrm_active_workspace_id, wacrm_active_account_id, wacrm_user_id, wacrm_user_email and related workspace keys
- Remembers which workspace you are in and whether setup is finished.
- Until you sign out or clear them
- wacrm_theme_palette, wacrm_theme_mode
- Remembers the colour theme and light or dark mode you picked.
- Until you clear them
- Workspace settings cache (wacrm_bot_enabled, wacrm_reply_cap, wacrm_verify_set)
- Speeds up the Settings page by remembering values you saved.
- Until you clear them
- chatpat_cookie_consent
- Remembers your answer to the cookie banner so it is not shown again.
- Until you change it
2. Optional cookies
There are none today. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, they will be listed here and will stay off unless you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. "Essential only" and "Accept all" currently behave the same.
3. Other companies
- Google and Facebook sign-in: if you click "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook", that company opens its own sign-in window and may set its own cookies there. Nothing is loaded from them unless you click.
- Razorpay: sets its own cookies on its payment page when you pay for a plan.
4. Your controls
- Change your answer to the banner at any time: .
- Signing out removes your session and workspace keys.
- You can clear site data in your browser settings. You will be signed out and your theme will reset.
