Delete your ChatPat account & data

In-app (fastest):

  1. Open ChatPat → Settings → Policy & Logs.
  2. Tap Delete Account & Wipe All Data → confirm.
  3. The app deletes this account's data from the device database, requests deletion of the matching rows in your Supabase project, removes your directory record and login, and signs you out.

What the in-app option removes: contacts, conversations, messages, templates, broadcasts and their recipient lists, automations, flows and flow runs, team members, quick replies, knowledge base, deals and pipelines, and audit logs for your account (on the device and in Supabase), the account record, your directory documents (user profile, workspace links, licence) and your login. If the app asks you to sign in again first, sign in and tap Delete once more to finish removing the login.

WhatsApp connection record: the in-app option clears the Meta access token and webhook verify token stored in the connection record in your Supabase project, and removes the AI provider keys saved on the device. The record's non-secret details (WABA ID, phone number ID, display name and number, quality rating and API version) remain. If the app reports that the token could not be cleared, revoke it in Meta Business settings or email us.

What the in-app option does not remove: workspace settings in your Supabase project and any connection record created through the web app (use the web self-service below, or email us), and pipeline stage names in your Supabase project (email us to remove these).

Web request: email privacy@chatpat.io from your login email with subject Delete ChatPat account. We erase within 30 days and confirm by email.

Web self-service: signed in on the web? Open /delete-account to delete your account instantly. The web option removes the same account data from your Supabase project plus workspace settings and your workspace membership, clears the Meta access token and webhook verify token stored in your WhatsApp connection records (their non-secret details — WABA ID, phone number ID, display name and number — remain), then removes your directory documents and login. It does not clear data stored on your phone; use the in-app option or uninstall the app for that.

Scope: contacts, conversations, messages, templates, broadcasts, automations, flows, team, quick replies, KB, audit logs, and auth session. Backups excluded by policy (allowBackup=false).
